I understand it can be daunting to know what to expect. I like to think of it this way. Getting introduced to another view. A way to have a new suggestion in path to take, or idea to try, that will change your current state of health.
I currently work 1:1 with my clients to ensure your individual needs are met. I find with this accountability you are better informed and able to reach your goals/outcomes and maintain those long term.

In the initial interactions we will discover your beginning point through assessing your health history and lifestyle. Home testing techniques may be applied.
We will analysis your preferred learning style and best contact method. Usual personal interactions can look like mostly zoom with video messages, voice messages and email or text. Supplementary articles will be provided where appropriate. These connections are to inspire you, answer questions and guide you.
Depending on your needs, coaching plans will range, and weekly connecting is recommended minimum.
