I understand it can be daunting to know what to expect. I like to think of it this way. Getting introduced to another view. A way to have a new suggestion in path to take, or idea to try, that will change your current state of health. 

    I currently work 1:1 with my clients to ensure your individual needs are met. I find with this accountability you are better informed and able to reach your goals/outcomes and maintain those long term. I have specialised knowledge in the below areas.

    I work with you via nutrition, practices within lifestyle, self-sensing and home testing that supports the body's success points and stagnation. These can look like alkalising the body, removing toxins and metals, identifying allergens or other causes for inflammation. Regulation of the body. Redirecting neurotransmission and mindset.

    Principles I incorporate are nutritional supplementation, essential oils, herbs, adaptogens, cold therapy, detoxing, fasting, hydrogen therapy, acupuncture, exercise, EFT, mindfulness and body alignment.

    Using this natural self regulation approach, allows you to understand the power of your body's uniqueness in regulation with the environment.
