Ingredients 1/2 C Tahini 3 Cloves garlic 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 C Lemon Juice 1 tsp Parsley
In a food processor, combine garlic, and tahini paste, then salt. Next add olive oil and lemon juice. If too thick, add tsp of water until desired consistency.
