Speaking

Coming from a corporate background I enjoy speaking and particularly now on topics of Holistic Health. I value working with corporations, gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, retreats and partnering in workshops to name a few. I am genuine and authentic in my style and anticipate to work the room.

I am enthusiastic and open, and would be happy to with groups large and small.

Diet Assessments

Many people are obsessed with their diet and what they eat, and so they should be, as it is the primary activity that contributes to health. For this reason, and by what I do, I quite often get asked what do I eat. Or what diet do I follow. Is it Paleo, Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free and so on.

There are a few principles that I have chosen to live by and they are certainly not a strict rule. Even different times of the year or events in life may be the catalyst for a change in my diet, but over all it is about listening in to myself about what I should eat.

There are various ways to approach what you eat and I think we all know by now, that what makes one feel great, may not be for another. However there are a few trends that are emerging that are a general rule that can be applied. Enabling people to have a quick conversation on what they are thinking about their diet is quite often that impetus to;

  • make that change
  • stay a course
  • have more energy
  • stress less
  • become healthier
  • loose a health condition
  • be a great mentor
  • get better sleep

For these reasons I ultimately want to emphasise the holistic impact that the food we eat is having upon us.
