Confused about what next to do?

Getting confused about which supplements to take and what you should be eating, or practices to do, to diminish your skin or gut issue isn’t fun right. Not to mention the time it takes to figure it out and work it through. It’s difficult and soul destroying, at the same time takes you from pillar to pillar with nothing really complete. It even just adds to your busy life and takes you away from fun times with your family and friends.

Having a guide, practical steps and specific knowledge on the other hand would help you right? Having some way to pull together all the information that you know, sense, or have learnt about. Even help with understanding some of the tests that google suggests you get.

Shooting aimlessly, in many a case by taking medications or supplements hoping for the best, not considering the whole, or understanding the correct measures or length of time you do something, maybe isn’t the best thing to do right now.

As let’s face it carrying on the way you are, is not helping making you feel better, or getting you ready for the big event!

It took me years to really work out that I must consider the whole of myself. Listening to my intuition, to follow my gut, noticing my aches and pains in the morning verses the night, and looking at what and how I was thinking. To really make the connection to what I was doing in my life, to understand why I was feeling a particular way, was a process. Recognising what I was following wasn’t supportive to me as an individual or taking my circumstances into consideration.

But as soon as I started to learn about holistic health and the ‘why’ it was necessary to look at my health as a whole, things started to fall into place. Things didn’t stress me as much when they came up, I started to notice and listen to myself a lot more, that gave me greater focus and drive. I had more energy and motivation and I was able to feel better faster, easier, as I either knew what to do or knew where to go.

You may think your skin or gut concern is not that big a deal, its not like a disease or illness. And it sounds too hard or time consuming anyway, even a bit ‘out there’ at what I suggest.

But is it really?

When you are thinking about your health, small symptoms are the signals that something is not working quite right. That many symptoms are warnings before they become another problem, and these small symptoms are allowing you to do something about it now whilst you can.

When you are thinking about the big event or all the things in life that you still have to do, realising that you need to sort out your skin and gut issue is golden.

Now what are you going to do?

Please let me know what this has brought up for you. Do you want to find a solution?

Has it spurred you on to do something you know you ought to?

Are you going to try something new?
