Bloat, Gas, Eczema, Psoriasis, Tummy ache, Joint pain are becoming far too common almost an epidemic!

The common gut problems Leaky Gut, Dysbiosis, and SIBO are spoken about way too common today, for what we can call good health. But even more disturbing is what people are doing about it or rather not what they are doing. Unfortunately, we are not noticing. The bloating, gas, discomfort, itching, flaking and lack of, or too much of, going to the loo are not are a good sign folks. These are things that need looking in to.

You may have heard that these symptoms are really common and its just because you ate beans, bread or are stressed. Some antacids or derma cream will fix it. However these are signs that your body is not managing the load you are throwing its way, and I don’t mean just what and the amount of food you are eating.

Your body is not able to function as it is supposed to be and therefore its throwing a little tantrum of trying to know what to do. Its put your stomach into inflammation and your brain into confusion from why you are attacking yourself and why you are in overload and now no longer in the parasympathetic.

Even when we don’t feel poor in the stomach or necessarily feel that bad physically, actually your gut could still be crumbling from an accumulation, imbalance or the 1 off event that it was thrown and it is now having to deal with it.

The gut which is home to trillions of micro-organisms has to be happy for us to be happy. So if there is something upsetting it, we will feel it.

Not having a happy gut can mean you are impacting other important factors in your body’s function such as production of Serotonin the happy hormone. 80% of which is made in the Gut, not the brain. This is helping us keep upbeat and looking at things from the right way up. The brain is also receiving signals from the gut, meaning depression and anxiety. Thankfully more are listening to this and quiet hoorahs happen as people are coming off medications. Likewise the ability for the mitochondria to be fed great nutrients and provided the much needed fuel to make energy and get us through the day.

See how important and big it can become if we are not paying attention to the symptoms or feelings of the gut.

When we are planning on the next big life step, particularly the planning for a family, the gut and its side friends need to be optimally well. Besides don’t you want these irritations and discomforts gone!

The good thing is, you can manage this with ease, when you listen, and pay closer attention. Do you notice how you are impacted in other ways, such as mood, emotions, energy and hunger, due to how you live your life. There is even those feelings of constriction, muscle and joint aches and tummy pains that are not there all the time, but some of the time. These are all signals from your body that you can learn to monitor. Learning to monitor through intuition, basic blood monitoring, emotional reactions and energy, keeping your gut well as a starter.

So don’t wait to feel the change when you are constipated, bloated, have another yeast infection, break out on your skin, catch another cold, are craving sugar and carbs. Start to feed the gut well and treat your system as it was designed.
