HOLISTIC WELLBEING.
Are you taking notice of what your body is saying?
Are you a passionate, diligent and busy woman that is getting flare ups? Be that in your stomach or on your skin
Are you experiencing fatigue, mood changes, frustrated by the bloating or itching, anxiety and have pain and discomfort? The rushing to the bathroom, or rather thinking when did you last go? Are you pondering over how you need to figure out; what has happened this time to trigger it?
SKIN AND GUT HEALTH ARE A SIGN OF YOUR WELLBEING
Cracking the code to your body’s way of wellness with my
five Stage METHOD
We know the chronic disease epidemic is reaching staggering heights, but did you know that the majority of those illnesses—over 85 percent, in fact—are driven by our behaviour and environment, not our genes? That means we all have the power to prevent or reverse illness just by adopting healthier habits.
As simple as that sounds, change is anything but easy. It takes drive, motivation, and strategy to change our habits—especially if we’ve been doing things a certain way for a long, long time. Most of all, it takes support—and that’s where I come in.
My holistic approach is considering the whole. Looking at what is preventing the equilibrium of the mind body and soul.
Working with me, you will build a path to remove flaring gut and skin concerns, damaging habits and routines to the bodies healing, ditching the fear and resistance to why you can’t do it now.
I focus on fundamental pillars of Gut and Skin health using my five-stage method. These fundamental pillars cover:
Diet and the power of wholefoods 0
Body cues and signals 0
Gut health – the key to your concerns 0
Habit change 0
Mindset 0
My Health Coaching study traverses North American and Australasian colleges and university helping me appreciate the similarities and differences in the regions.
I am degree qualified in Psychology, certified in Transformational Nutrition and board certified in Holistic Health with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
Having friends and colleagues throughout I welcome clients from all around the world. I offer online consultations internationally and locally, and can arrange face to face consultations if requested for those local to me.
Wholefoods
Nothing taken away or nothing added. Food that is used as it was grown in nature. When everything is too confusing, remembering this principle is the easiest one to do. I hold this as core to all good health. Holding the environment's goodness means we are also able to share in that too.
Listening not just Habits and Beliefs
Most of us can grasp the idea of good habits breeding good behaviours and outcomes. Although are we valuing this fully and taking note of what grows those behaviours. Do we listen and do we value the power of our emotions. Emotions that have been created by thoughts. Take courage to start to look deeper and see what lays beneath. The mind is such a powerful thing.
